Flavor Flav Sends Sanders Campaign Cease-and-Desist

Flavor Flav sent a cease and desist order to the Bernie Sanders campaign Friday (February 27) after the campaign announced that Public Enemy will perform at Sanders’ rally, Sunday, in Los Angeles, California.

The letter accuses the campaign of using Flav’s “unauthorized likeness, image, and trademarked clock” to promote the rally and adds that the artist “has not endorsed any political candidate.”
