Live Nation will host a Bryan Adams concert in Düsseldorf, Germany, September 4, in front of a crowd of 12,000, at the Merkur Spiel Arena, an outdoor soccer stadium. The company is billing the event as Return to Live. Adams said that he would play acoustically with no band. Tickets for the show go on sale Tuesday (August 11). Andrew McMahon will be the first performer in a new concert series curated by Nederlander Concerts. The Drive-In OC at the City National Grove of Anaheim in Anaheim, California. Each vehicle can bring between five and seven passengers… 

Fountains of Wayne singer Adam Schlesinger will be the subject of a posthumous 31-track tribute album, Saving for a Custom Van, which is available exclusively on Bandcamp. Schlesinger died at age 52, April 1, from complications of COVID-19. Ted LeoNada SurfSarah Silverman, and Rachel Bloom, are among the contributors.
