Live Nation will host a Bryan Adams concert in Düsseldorf, Germany, September 4, in front of a crowd of 12,000, at the Merkur Spiel Arena, an outdoor soccer stadium. The company is billing the event as Return to Live. Adams said that he would play acoustically with no band. Tickets for the show go on sale Tuesday (August 11). Coachella, Stagecoach festivals postponed to 2021

The 2020 Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, scheduled to take place in October in Indio, California, after having been postponed from their originally scheduled dates in April 2000, have been canceled and will return in 2021, according to festival promoter Goldenvoice. 

While the festivals will be rescheduled for 2021, it is still unclear as to whether they will take place in April or October 2021, depending upon social distancing/capacity requirements. The promoter will announce 2021 dates when more information is available to them.

Ticketmaster reportedly rolling out refund policy

According to BillboardTicketmaster is planning to unveil its refund policy for tickets sold this for events that are or will be canceled this spring. The company has sold tickets for 55,000 events, totaling more than $2 billion in sales for all of 2020. 

Starting May 1, those who bought tickets for shows will begin receiving emails from the company if the shows for which they purchased tickets were postponed. Those emails will contain the rescheduled dates and the option to receive a complete refund, including the ticket price and all fees. Ticketholders will have 30 days to request a refund. Otherwise, the ticket will be valid for the new date. 

Live Nation plans to also offer its fans an option to receive 150% credit for the value of their tickets to be used for a future Live Nation show. Fans will also be able to donate the proceeds of their refund to a charity to give concert tickets to health care workers, with Live Nation making a matching donation.

Refunds for NBA and NHL games will be handled by the respective teams and leagues.
